Waitlist opens soon

# No form yet — the kernel comes first

We are building the parts everything else depends on. When the sign-up form goes live it will ask for one thing, an email address, and it will be used for exactly one thing: telling you that KYBERIOS is ready to run somewhere other than our own machines.

## We are building

Kernel, data model, policy engine. That is where the week goes, not into this page.

## Waitlist soon

One field, no sales calls, no drip campaign, no reselling your address.

## Come back

The blog moves first. New posts mean the design is settling.

## Why there is nothing to fill in

A waitlist that collects addresses months before there is anything to install is a mailing list with extra steps. It would also be an odd way to open a project about not handing your data to people who have not earned it.

## What happens when it opens

The form will take an email address and, optionally, which systems you run today — because the first pilots will be organised by stack, not by industry. Nothing else. No company size, no budget range, no phone number for a follow-up sequence.

## In the meantime

The blog is where the design gets argued in public: what an AI-native operating system actually is, how to let agents act without losing control, why one data model beats eleven integrations. If the posts keep coming, the kernel is moving.

No form, no tracking pixels lying in wait — just work in progress.
